We’d like to invite you to the next in our series of breakfast seminars. The SPR (Society of Property Researchers) has reserved a few extra places for select Datscha guests from the retail sector; we hope that you are able to attend.

Time: 8am registration/networking breakfast, presentation 8:30-10am

The retail market is rapidly changing, driven by digital transformation and changing consumer behaviour and expectations. This has presented a significant challenge to retailers and retail property owners alike as they look to reduce costs whilst trying to keep up with online behemoth Amazon, for example by trying to find out more about who shops with them, when and how.

To survive in this market, many retailers have had to invest in online operations, refresh core systems, analyse customer behaviour, develop more personalised offers as well as rethink the role of stores. This affects high streets through to shopping centres and different types of retailers.

Technology is a game-changer; this seminar will look at the technological trends taking place in retail, how data is being created, analysed and used by data providers and by landlords.
